RFB (Request for Bid)
Project# 2012-02-2384 Wrought Iron Fence Replacement
Scope of Work:
1. Contractor to provide three (3) separate bids:
a. All fence and gate wrought iron black powder coated paint.
b. All fence and gate wrought iron black outdoor spray paint.
c. Include brick pillars as support posts (option in lieu of standard metal posts).
2. Contractor to completely remove existing wrought iron fence (including all in ground support posts - support posts to be dug up and unearthed) and hauled off from the property and properly disposed of in scrap metal yard.
3. Contractor to install new 3’ tall by approximately 153’ long, flat top wrought iron fence with manual open, parallel sliding vehicle gate, in the same location as the previous gate. The gate opening to be 31’ (as current) with a 32’ (minimum) wheel supported sliding gate.
4. Contractor to provide all materials and labor required to successfully complete this project within a two (2) week period (pending extreme weather conditions).
5. Contractor shall be licensed, bonded and insured in the state of Arizona.
6. Contractor shall be responsible for any and all permits (as required).
7. Contractor must attend the pre-bid onsite walk through meeting to be eligible for consideration.
8. The pre-bid onsite walk through meeting will be held at 9:00am on February 17, 2012 at 3636 N. 15th Ave, Phoenix, Arizona.
9. Upon completion of the pre-bid meeting, bids will be accepted until 4:00pm on February 27, 2012.
